Rooms at Hm Dunas Blancas are outstanding and perfect. the staff is outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice. - the location is particularly good and stunning, not very far from Mega Park Nightclub.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice and assisted me greatly. The room was both perfect and outstanding. The breakfast was full size, it offered variety of outstanding food.

Location is good and at breakfast is missing fruit to be ok.

The swiming pool is there but is very poor. Only to look not to be used.

Could hear people next door in bathroom, coughing etc. Noisy at night when drunken people about. Although very cheap evening meals restricted menu.

Very welcoming staff, rooms basic but cleaned daily with change of towels. Short walk to beach and public transport. We stayed for bed and breakfast, breakfast basic but plentiful.

No tea making facilities in room.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice. the location was stunning, and everything looks much better in pictures than in reality. the hotel is conveniently located near the party area, airport, bus stop, and main beach road.

I am very pleased that spent two nice weeks at this hotel. If I will visit Arenal again - sure - I will stay in Dunas Blancas. Nice staff, good location and professional management in hotel. During two weeks I did not see any uncomfortable situation - all was fine.

The location seemed nice in photos, but in real life, things weren't as fancy as expected. 📷 the reality fell a bit short of expectation.

close to beach, large balcony, good value

Loved the distance from airport, (10 mins in taxi), the location which was great for bars, restaurants, beach, bus service. The room was clean and comfortable. Personally we liked the fact that you could smoke on balcony and outside bar area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would visit this hotel again and certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a short break.

Pools very small and not a lot of sunloungers but ok for a few nights

There were no complaints at all; the venue was a nice size, perfectly clean, with an excellent value and super friendly staff, and the room was amazing, brand-new.

Welcoming and great staff, really great stay. Marvellous and super location near to the beach in a fairly NICE area. For shots visit Roadhouse, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Very rude staff!

Hotel staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. It was near to the beach and bus stop going to Palma and other well known towns. Sunsets on the beach were lovely.

Breakfast food was ok, not very wide choice, especially nothing for gluten and lactose free diet.
